ROCHESTER, Minn. – Olmsted County has created a 2023 Year-in-Review showcasing the county’s work to positively impact quality of life for residents. The video includes highlights of some of the county’s largest projects, initiatives, and achievements for 2023 as well as information on the county’s plans for opioid settlement funds, the county’s soil health program, and more.
